Last week I worked LOTS of nights in a row and needless to say we ended up eating quick things from the freezer several nights in a row. This got old quick so on one of my first nights off after the long working stretch I made this recipe and I thought I'd share. I have made it once before and it's really tasty (even as left-overs) and the best part is it's EASY to make! I got it from http://www.kraftfoods.com/ ...they have some great recipes!
